With a budget of more than 60 millionb Euro the VSB fonds is one of the largest donor fonds in the Netherlands. The annual report encourages its readers to develop their own vision of the future development of the Netherlands and ask the question how we want to live together.
The annual report is made from two books. The part »buiten« (outside) presents 25 statements of experts from the world of politics, art, media and science about the future of Netherlands. The book comes with a website for visitors to add up to the expert statements. The part »binnen« (inside) presents the classic reporting of an annual report.
The cross-media strategy for the annual report has raised more awareness and received more feedback compared to the previsous years. It also has been awarded „The best annual report of the Netherlands“ and has been nominated for the prestigious „transparency prize“.
